Anime merch, picked the way collectors pick it.

BilaBila is a small anime merchandise store run by collectors, for collectors. We started out hunting for the same things you are: the card set that was already sold out everywhere, the blind box series that never made it to a local shop, the standee of the one character nobody had in stock.

So we started sourcing them ourselves. Today we ship from our warehouse in Guangzhou, with a second warehouse in the UK for our UK Stock range, and we pack every order the way we would want our own parcels packed.

What we stock

KAYOU trading cards, anime blind boxes and figure sets, acrylic standees, keychains and badges — from Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero to Naruto, KPOP and My Little Pony.

How we ship

Guangzhou warehouse: 7–15 days to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. UK Stock: dispatched from the UK within 48 hours, 2–5 days to mainland UK, free of charge.

What you pay

First-weight shipping only — add more items and the shipping cost does not go up. Every order ships DDP, so duties, VAT and GST are already included in the price.

We only list what we can actually deliver

Every product on this site is either in our warehouse or confirmed with the manufacturer for a specific release date. If a release slips, we tell you by email instead of quietly extending the estimate. When something sells out, it comes off the site — we do not take backorders and hope for the best.

If something goes wrong

Parcels get delayed, corners get dented, and occasionally the wrong character turns up. When that happens, email contact@bilabila.com with your order number and a photo or short video. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full — in most cases without you having to send anything back.

We answer every message within 2 business days, Monday to Friday. A real person reads it, not a template.
